J.E. Kelleher understands that families today want that sense of security when a service technician enters their residence. With these concerns in mind, we have teamed up with LexisNexis to develop a comprehensive background check program.

Our Company has developed this background check program so that each technician is rated against the same criteria with no room for interpretation; technicians are either compliant or non-compliant.

The criteria our supplier network is checked against are:

• Social Security Verification
• National Criminal Records
• Sex Offender Registry
• Two County Searches

An Authorized Service Provider badge that includes the technician's name and photo and their company’s name is available to J. E. Kelleher’s supplier network of service technicians. This information is visible to the homeowner indicating the individual was verified through the LexisNexis background check program.

J.E. Kelleher has also developed notifications which are sent out to our supplier network indicating which technicians are due for a background check renewal. This ensures J.E. Kelleher’s supplier network remains up-to-date and compliant.
